First wedding shoot – Jo & Albert

A few months back, Jo had asked me if I would oblige her by shooting her wedding ceremony. The thought of shooting such an important event kinda freaked me out but after learning that there will be professional photographers there, the pressure eased off a lil.

Jo & Albert’s wedding do is the first proper wedding shoot that I’ve done.  And I must acknowledge that if the final products are good to look at, they were due in part to the great tips from Wombok and the excellent tutorials found at Digital Photography School.

In the end, it was a great and fun experience overall for both me and the sister (whom I’d brought along as the second camera) as Jo & Albert were an easy-going couple to interact with and photograph. We even had the opportunity to watch and learn from the real experts, Ferdinand & Janice.

Selamat & Michelle’s Wedding – 29/12/07

Despite having a very late night, I managed to drag myself (and the brother) out of bed in the early morning of the 29th to make it to the Church on time.   Good thing too, otherwise Selamat and Michelle would have less one person manning the “Guestbook and Angpow” station. And their Powerpoint LCD presentation would have had to run on its own. Haha.
