Sunday Market (1) – The Art of Apam Balik

Last Sunday I was privileged to have a one-on-one photoshoot with CK. He in fact uploaded his first set of pictures that same night. So, the Jedi is currently feeling the heat of keeping up with her Sifu! I’m still trying to decide how best to publish the pictures that remain after the culling but this set was easy enough to name.

The second, third and last picture came about after CK passed on a tip about how he sometimes liked to photograph just the hands, to capture the motion of the action. Pictures 4 and 5 are part of my never-ending struggle in photographing inanimate objects and figuring out the lines and diagonals that exist in them.

Let the real lesson now begin, Sifu!
